Refreshments sells products such as razors, shaving cream, hand cream, shower gel and deodorant.

On social media, they promote reviews of their personal products and educate viewers on makeup and hairstyle tips, beauty benefits and, of course, shaving mistakes.

The “Shaving Mistakes” series is one of the most popular on the account.

The fifth video in the series features two errors so common that many people don’t even think to call them errors.

The first is one that many people probably don’t know they are doing. It’s as simple as shaving too quickly.

Refreshments says in the video that shaving too quickly can cause irritation and razor burn.

The second mistake is to use other products as substitutes for shaving creams, such as conditioner, shower gel or regular soap.

“Shaving cream is the safest,” says the brand.

However, some viewers weren’t too impressed with the recommendation.

“I use conditioner or body wash and it works perfectly fine,” one viewer commented.

“Honey I do what I do and I like it that way,” another commented.

“Conditioner is much better than shaving cream,” insisted another.

The video ends with a photo of some of the brand’s products, including the Dazzling 5-blade razor, $19, and the PIllowy Shaving Cream$9.

The TikTok account also offers fun videos for everyday beauty lovers, including showing users how to effectively clean their beauty blenders and test the make-up removal of the micellar water of the brand.
